I emailed, and was told they would email when it was despatched. Nothing happened, So I wrote again. Again,the same ( I supect computer generated reply) Not happy.

Music CD not sent by the seller First Rhythm Records

I got in February this year through Ebay a cd music from the company First Rhythm Records located in Coal Pit Lane, Altherton, M46 0FY, UK. After a month of waiting and before completing the term estimated by the seller, I contacted them to find out what was going on.
They informed me that remittances to Brazil used to be long and, given this information, I decided to wait. After three months of waiting I got in touch again with the seller to inform that had not yet received the CD. They were sending another to an address that I have in the US. After one month I got in touch again to say he had not received the CD.
They reported that they had sent but did not provide me any number of control the post office.
I searched the mail from England (Royal Mail) and they reported that only the seller could give me that information. Again sought the seller but he did not answer me anymore.
Preferred solution: Full refund
