Refund back on 3 appliances I had repaired that your company gotten find me a company no one wants to take your warranty and your people don’t know what there doing are speak English so you owe $470
The repair company keep giving me phone numbers that were to far the repair company wouldnt come out so they told me to get my own I did that each time I send the repair bill I havent received my refund on anything the total is 470 dollars Im getting ready to take you to court you have know problem taking my monthly payment and you can stop that asap are at the end of my contract but I do want my refund

I purchased a home warranty plan on 3/22/24, from a company called First Premier Home Warranty based in New York. I opted for the VIP program.
In October, I experienced an issue with my a/c. They sent out a technician who did not inspect the outside unit, nor lift the cage located on top of the unit. He suggested that the issue was due to a ground fault, which in layman's terms is a power surge. I paid the technician $60.00 and he left.
I had coverage for power surges with the electric company, but they needed a technician's report. Therefore, I contacted a local company. Their worker came, removed the top of the outside unit and tinkered with it. Guess what, it started working!
I reached out to First Premier again, but the first person I spoke to was of no help. Thus, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to a manager, whose name was not given to me. The manager was rude, condescending and was of no help.
He even had the audacity to hang up on me. I strongly advise against purchasing their service!
- Supervisor needs to be fired
- Techs need more training

First Premier Home Warranty ("FPHW") uses 3 different policies in their BAIT AND SWITCH operation to entice you to buy their warranty.
When we inquired about buying a policy, FPHW sent us a 6 page policy to review--it looked great so we paid them over $2691 on 4 policies for 4 different homes. We have had only 2 claims - a broken pool pump in June 2023 and a bathtub valve plumbing leak in Feb 24.
FPHW has never paid for either claim although the 6 page policy says these items are covered!
Upon speaking with the FPHW contractor who was sent by FPHW for the broken pool pump, contractor said he sent the estimate to fix it of $690 to FPHW but never heard anything back from FPHW. FPHW lied and told us the contractor had never contacted FPHW (We know FPHW lied because we saw the email the contractor sent to FPHW) Nine months have gone by and we never have received any reimbursement from FPHW, although we paid $1800 for the repair and we provided our invoice to FPHW nine months ago. We then had a plumbing leak, FPHW sent a contractor out, that contractor did not fix the leak, although our policy states bathtub valves were covered. FPHW said the bathtub valve was not covered.
Our own contractor fixed the leak. It was then we discovered FPHW ritually uses 3 different policies in a BAIT and SWITCH operation to entice you to pay for a policy. After we exposed the fact we knew about the BAIT and SWITCH FPHW offered us $250 for the pool pump repair, but only would pay that amount if we would agree not to cancel our policy. We declined.
Then FPHW offered $500 but with the same requirement that we could not cancel our policy. We declined.
We have asked for a full refund of our money due to the fact that FHPW deceitfully sold us a policy we had not approved first.
They use a 6 page policy, a 12 page policy to entice you to pay, but the real policy is 19 pages long and full of 25 NOT COVERED paragraphs and 4 pages of 'we aren't liable, does not cover' paragrpahs AND even states you cannot join a class action suit against FPHW.
Wonder why they are so worried that they have to put this into a contract?
Their cancellation policy in the 19 page policy is not the same as the 12 page policy.
Everything about FPHW is a FRAUD. STAY AWAY
(included here are pictures of some of the pages from the 19 page policy no one in their right mind would ever buy)

I have 2 issue first my dishwasher wouldn’t drain I called the company they called a company for me asap appliance they never responded so I called premier got the run around finally I got a person
Responding is awfull cant get anyone to listen are speak English I had 2 jobs they used a company asap appliance they said premier never called I had a conversation with them they said premier never called even though I had reference code so I had to pay out of my pocket 450.00 dollars so cancel my warranty its useless im taking them to court for reimbursing me of my money this company will take your money but wont do there paart when its time to have work done I will give this company a minus 0

Took 2 weeks for a service call for every time you had someone coming out they never showed it cost 150.00 out of my pocket why do o I have a warranty if I have to pay out of pocket

I will never again use a home warranty
I bought a home warranty and I had a problem with a 2 year old dryer, they sent a mechanic and he determined that the sensors were bad , he put in claim and they never approved repair , but they sent me an offer of $130 in leiu of repair , that does not even cover cost of parts and no more claims can be made on the dryer, I paid $430 and I told them I wanted a refund , no repply, then I have a red light on the water heater , I called and they told me that unless I agree to the $130 for dryer they would not service anything else
If you love your money , dont give it to this people

My "welcome letter" said they are here for you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year. I called on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 3:30pm about my toilet not working and probably needing a new ballcock.
When I did finally make contact with someone there they said it could take 24--48 hours before someone got back to me with a plumber's number for me to call. Nothing balance of Friday, nothing Saturday, nothing Sunday. Today Monday, December 26, 2022 I get an email with a plumber's name, number and email. At 8:00am I called.
Left message. At 9:30am I called First Premier and the mane said he would expedite a request for another plumber.
Been emailing back and forth since then and am told now it will take 24-48 hours. I figure from Friday 3:30pm to now Monday 12:15pm it is almost 72 hours.Find anot

I filed a claim #3771 with First Premier Home Warranty July 5, 2022. The policy # is 45760.
I paid a premium $412 in August 2021.
I want my $412 refunded to me ASAP because of the terrible experience with the First Premium Home Warranty. I filed a claim for my LG Above Stove Microwave with First Premier Home Warranty July 5, 2022. I paid $50 for a service contractor to come out.
The contractor said that Microwave could be fixed, but I would be very expensive, and advised a replacement. I was impossible to reach anybody.
I talked to Mike, the claim department manager, but he was not helpful . Joe Mitchel, Senior Account Executive , was not helpful either.
Finally, last week, First Premier Home Warranty said that they were going to give me only $91.76 towards a microwave, because it was too old. I can't replace an above stove microwave for $91... I purchased this warranty because I am a new homeowner.
Todd Pearson, a claim rep, said they are very generous...Not really??
I didn't have a working microwave for 45 days. First Premier Home Warranty didn't commit to help me and didn't try to resolve the problem, therefore I would like my $412 refund ASAP
