Inquiry as to the status of promotional code fulfillment

I opened my First Direct Checking account three months ago, at the West Lafayette, IN branch, with a promotional code of $200 for healthcare workers. I made sure that I completed the stipulated terms provided in the promotional flyer, within the timeframe, and even had a list of transactions printed out, which I gave to the bank manager associate (Kgraves) on December 17, 2022.

Kgraves said that I should hear a response on the following Monday, December 19, 2022.

Almost two weeks later, I have only received an email correspondence, which I had to remind them into sending, stating that an inquiry email has been sent.

It is unacceptable that I've had to visit the bank 3 times and send as many emails just to be told that the manager sent an email.

I have banked with many institutions over the years and have NEVER encountered a bank that exhibits total disinterest in addressing their client's concerns.
