First Management Group
First Management Group - $1600 CC
So this company calls me saying i owe about $1600 in a credit card but was willing to accept a $650 settlement for Premier. I asked the person (Joseph Harris) to provide to me a letter of validation showing the actual creditor, disclosures, signatures and FTC (Federal Trade Commision) disclosures as well.
not to mention i asked them for their address, tel, website (if applicable) but they refused too; by harrassing me saying they'll take me to court, contact my job etc..... Nevertheless, I contacted and filed a police report and i also filed a complaint to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
Timeshare selling
Pissed off does not even cover the way we are feeling; think "used and violated" are better words. We were contacted by First Management Group & ABC Title to sell our Grupo Mayan timeshare; we were guaranteed our money was safe and would be returned at any time.
Went through all the steps; paid $15000 up front (*** on our part); and now cannot even reach anyone at either place. Timeshare to be sold - Grupo Mayan. Don't think we have any recourse as we cannot find them; but everyone be warned.
Don't fall for this scam. If anyone knows of any way we can reach either company, would love to know.

I got one similar from the same company and the same guy. It was over an old credit card balance that was written in 2007 by Capital One and was resolved with Cap 1 and the credit bureaus.
Joseph said they had filed a lawsuit in the Tulsa County district court but I could pay $1400 to resolve it. I told him to bring it on and hung up. He called me back immediately and said I don't even pay my taxes and he would serve me papers at my workplace.
I told good luck, I didn't work and was retired. I researched and found these are scammers.
