Eu sofri uma fraude.
Since August 31st, an amount has been debited from my account by the same company, 'GOOGLE TIKTOK...'. This way, I have lost 400 dollars and I have 7 pending transactions with the same company, about which I have no knowledge.
Currently, I am in my country, Brazil, and I do not have a phone to make international calls. I would like to know what can be done and how I should respond.

I wasnt upset this person was just doing her job!! And thank goodness she did!
What if it wasnt me that made that phone call! I think the banks well all establishments should ask Questions - the more questions the more I THINK will get the real crooks discouraged.
Im hoping. But for being upset thats far far from the truth!

Nothing happened I was asking about my account and without having the correct credentials there wasnt a way she could help me with I needed . I was not upset I understand to the full extent because of security reasons !
