Verified Reviewer |Absolutely terrible experience
Spent more than 5 hours completing the applications for the business checking and savings account.
The first time the application was auto rejected. I reached out to customer support and was instructed that sometimes the system auto rejects applications accidentally.
They instructed me to reapply.
I then completed the entire application procedure again and was then notified that my application was approved and the accounts had been opened. I was even provided the account numbers.
I then enrolled in online banking and created a username and password on their site.
The following day I attempted to log in and was unable to do so.
I called customer support again and after an hour waiting the phone, I was notified that they were unable to open the accounts for me at this time!!
All of my time wasted. To be told my application was approved and then provide the account numbers only to then be told that they couldn't open the accounts at this time is absolutely ridiculous.
Never again with this horrible bank!
