I have switched vitamins and want to cancel my subscription. I am now using a family vitamin.
They taste good but I am doing something else to cater to the whole family with additional things included in the vitamin.
This is a long, ridiculous explanation to cancel a subscription that I'm struggling with canceling. How many different ways can I tell you that I want to cancel this?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent a message to this company, pissed consumer.....they contacted First Day, I received a refund for one month, but I'm still not sure if they cancelled my monthly prescription, which I never signed up for.thank you
I've tried to cancel my subscription three times, but I continue to receive and get charged for sugar vitamins we don't use. Please cancel as soon as possible and do not refer me to the website; it doesn't work.

Preferred solution: CANCELLATION ON MY ACCOUNT THAT I CAN'T EVEN LOCATE. WHEN I TRY TO SIGN IN THE WEBSITE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE MY NAME BUT I KEEP GETTING CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I'VE CANCELLED 3 TIMES!

This has been the hardest subscription to cancel. I've contacted you two times and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I'm very upset.

I've sent messages, called, gone through the website, nothing works. I just want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the last 3 months.

The directions sent does NOT work! I don't have a receipt because I never perscribed.
