I purchased vitamins for the entire family and there was NO difference after 2 moths of taking these, my husband and daughter REALLY dislike them (taste). I really thought they may make a big difference, but it was just false advertisements.
I have been writing this company for a refund, but no response. I really hope they will do the right thing and refund me, but not counting on that since they don't answer calls or emails.

Im being billed for product Im not receiving. I get emails telling me that my order has been shipped.
What order? I cancelled awhile back. My account even shows No Orders and No Subscriptions. I am very upset that Ive emailed a few times & I dont get a response.
I finally found a phone number for headquarters, it rings once then disconnects. Seems awfully shady to me. It also says you can chat with customer service. How do you do that when theres not that option listed under how to contact you.
Im not happy that Im STILL being charged every month after I cancelled. Would be really nice to have someone email me back or a phone number that answers so that I can speak to someone.

The phone rang, then disconnected me and asked me how your service was. I'm just making sure that my subscription for these vitamins has already been canceled. These did not work for me at all, and I used them for two months straight, every day, and I felt no different than I did before.

Says my order has shipped. I go into my account and it shows no orders and no subscriptions.
Very upset about this. Who wants to be charged for something they are receiving.

You have to cancel my subscription that I never gave my OK to. I did like your vitamins but I'm not happy with not being able to talk to a person to explain this situation.
I am pretty angry at this point. I will not be ordering these vitamins anymore from you people because I don't like your policy.
Please get back to me to let me know that you canceled this subscription. I feel this is some sort of scam for your business to make money, and I will call my credit card company if I have to in order to make sure no more withdrawals go through!

I recently 2 months ago started taking the first day womans multivitamin! They were great!
Gave me energy tasted amazing! You had a customer for life! Bought my next bottle just came in they smell and taste horrible!
I looked it up says the company took out the gel in these vitimins and replaced it with pectin! Its absolutely horrible!

I have repeatedly tried to reach you. I do not want you to send any more orders until I tell you too.
I need a refund on one bag that I have which is unopened and I need a mailing sticker or postage to send it back to you. I dont like being hung up on with the phone number Ive called that is your phone number either. Its terrible business to have a phone number and then just hang up every time you call. Im extremely disappointed in that.
Please send me a mailing slip or something that I can send it back and give me a refund on what Ive paid. I have Bottles waiting I dont need
