WARNING: DO NOT USE FIRST COAST LIMO!

I hired first coast limo for my daughters prom for her and her friends.I specifically asked if it was a new limo and the owner told me "yes".When it arrived it was old and dented and embarrassing .The windows and radio did not work also. On the way to the prom the limo stalled out and when I called the owner with my concerns he ignored the problem.

ULTIMATELY , the limo broke down on the side of the highway on the way home !!!!!!! I was outraged!

My husband had to pick all the kids up himself.We we're promised a full refund and only received 1/2 .The owner Jeff has not returned my calls or e-mails!! BAD BUSINESS !!!

Bad experience with First Coast Limo

We hired First Coast Limo for a school banquet and were not pleased. First, my credit card was charged immediately rather then when service was provided.

We were told the driver would be there at 5:50pm, but he showed up at 6:10pm with the wrong limo. We ordered a black SUV and a white pick-up truck limo showed up. The limo had torn seats, smelled awful and was very hot inside. When we reserved the limo, the price we were quoted stated that the tip was included, so I assumed that is exactly what they meant.

However, the driver called my 16 year old daughter the next day and complained to her that we did not tip him. She stated that we were told it was included in the price and that she didn't feel it was appropriate for him to be calling.

I was furious that he would do such a thing. We will not be using or recommending this company in the future.

First coast limo never use them.

i hired first coast limo for my wedding. they charged my credit card the day i hired them, which was 7 months prior to wedding.

they were 1 hr late picking me up for my wedding and the limo was having engine problems. they had to call a town truck. they almost cancelled my wedding. it was horrible.

to top it all off, they agreed to give me a refund and six months later i have yet to recieve one. they know will not answer my phone calls or return them. come to find out it is an individual owner and he had not renew his license other, so was not licensed to perform the service.

i contacted the better business beuro and they did not respond and they have 3 other complaints. if you ever need a limo make sure your working with a reputible company.

To whom it may concern, since this complaintant only provided half the truth we will tell you the whole truth. The driver arrived at the Hotel 10 minutes late as he was stuck in traffic due to an accident along I-95 which a tire from a semi truck had shredded all over the highway and our driver could not avoid the debris without hitting someone on either side of him the debris puntured a radiator hose causing the steam seen coming from the hood when he arrived.

The customer elected to drive them selves 3 miles to Indigo Country Club Where the Wedding & Reception were held. No truck was ever called we sent a service tech from palm coast to daytona beach and with in 1hr of arriving at the hotel he was waiting at the Indigo country club for some 6hrs until the bride and groom left the reception that night in the same limo and were taken back to the hotel afterward. NOW YOU KNOW THE WHOLE TRUTH. if a refund was promised i am unaware but certatinly willing to compensate the custmer for 1hr and inconvenience.

However the Lies told here are unsubstantiated including the the one about Licensing. City Of Palm Coast Lic# 1277, City of St. Augustine Lic# 32061. We Have been in this business for 10years and if we have only 1 compaint after providing 11,859 request for service and some 200,000 passengers with no accidents or complaints.

I find this complaint over exaggerated as some people these days look for any excuse not to pay for services they use.
