No call No show twice!

I used home adviser to find a company to sweep my chimney and install a cap , First Class Chimney sent me a reasonable quote , I set up an appointment October 19TH from 8 am to 10 am , The appointment was confirmed via phone ,email and text ,I waited til 10.15 am and called the office. Spoke to Josh that told me that the vehicle broke down ,I asked why i was not called ,he apologized and offer me a discount of $50 for the service which it was rescheduled for today October 20th between the hours of 9.30 and 11 am needless to say no call or show again.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSSINES!
