AI Highlights
  • - Windows are flimsy and flex in wind.
  • - Pocket install reduced opening, violates egress code, and lacks permit.
  • - Install was fast but sloppy.

My windows I purchased from the store in Omaha were incredibly flimsy and flex when the wind blows. Certainly not worth the money and time I spent to have this done.

Worse, I was informed that the "pocket" style install they did in a bedroom has now reduced the opening size to where it doesn't meet "egress code" requirements. I found out no permit was applied with the city. The install was fast although very sloppy. They were the least expensive estimate I received although the end result was not worth the saving on the project.

Now the wife is upset at me too! Better off spending more next time.

Dishonest, unrelieable company

AI Highlights
  • - Roof not started for 6 months.
  • - Refund requested; Joe Windows would match the bid; finished 2 months but didn't honor the agreement and kept $1300.

with every excuse under the sun the roofing had not even been started after 6 months. after many heated arguments i finally asked for my money back.

and getting another bid from another company ( joe, windows of michigan) said he would match this other bid. finally after 2 more months the roof was done. but would not honor his agreement and kept $1300 over the new bid of the money that was given to them.

do not give this company any money till the job is done or it might not ever get done. better yet don't deal with them!!!!
