Freud/dishonest
No contact with the scammer
This contractor took a $1,000 deposit to do work on my property, worked approximately 20 hours then text they would not be returning to complete the job and they considered us even. It was agreed that I would pay him $45 plus dollars an hour. It seems like he had planned to take my money and run from the start.
