It's prepaid, so you put in the amount you want, & when you can. I always check my amount and usage online, I keep track. Example, we can put $30Friday 2 days later (mind you Sunday is "free" ....BS) by Monday its off and NEGATIVE. We don't use that much power!!! It's constant it seems more expensive this way, they charge like crazy. im changing power company.

Your system is so screwed up for making payments on deferred payment plan the system does not separate it and it makes it look like your deferred payment plan is in default therefore you can't get any Arrangements on the account I'm on a fixed income and do not have extra money to come up with throughout the month I feel like you take advantage of low income people
