Terrible maintenance and availability of Managment
- - Administration harasses staff and ignores remedies; plaza is dirty, custodians underpaid and quitting; security lacking and alarms don’t alert 911.
Administration will harass you but when you need to find them to get something remedied, they won't return your call ever. The plaza is dirty the custodians don't get paid enough, and they get treated badly, so they quit all the time and when they do work, they don't do their job properly.
The maintenance budget is not properly spent, there is no proper security surveillance.
Hallways are always dirty, and they smell like urine there are no video cameras in the hallways. There are security measures, but the emergency alarms don't communicate with 911 or any security guards they're just there for show, which is dangerous for female staff going home at night
Preferred solution: Fix your security issues. Unlock parking doors in the morning as promised. Have hallways cleaned every morning. Install security cameras in the hallways to underground parking. Have underground parking monitored by CCTV

Mobile Home Disaster

We purchased a home from First Capital Realty which h owns Tri Star Estates in Bourbonnais, IL when we did the walk thru we were promised they would fix the problems with the home before we closed and moves in. When we gave them the moving date they said no problem well have your home ready.
On moving day there were two employees in the kitchen doing last items on the list. But when we walked thru nothing was done!!! We called and they said the check for the repairs had not come in. Of course I was confused what check they said the owner would give them a check to do all the repairs to the home.
Two months later nothing but run arounds, I replaced all 10 windows, the shingles were flying off the roof its a 2006 home with a 20 year roof warranty and there were two sets of shingles. We replaced that. we were promised sod we have weeds and dirt as our yard. This has been the worst thing ever!!!
These people are liars!!!! They make promises they can't keep, I did not know that the owner owed more than $145,000 in back sewage bills which are charged to our lot rent!!! I've called and filled paper work to Lisa madigan our states attorney and states representatives and NOTHING!!!
I wish I had never bought from these people!!!! but we were in a bind because school was starting soon for our kids.

Please everyone should be careful and stop being deceived by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $50,000 of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on.
God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how scammed victims can recover their fund, I contacted the email provided for consultation, brandonremington896@***.com .
I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all scammed victims can get their funds back.
