Filed claim on August 29, 2016.First contractor never showed up after we left work to wait for them on scheduled day. Finally September 19th second contractor showed up and stayed 10 minutes and left. Very bad service. They use contractors that are subrated and deny claims only after the customer is required to pay the service call charge which is $15 more this year than last. You will wait 3-5 days longer than necessary for service then wait for the parts and more delayed service time.

What a joke!First American does everything in their power NOT to replace appliances. We've had First American out three times (in 6 months) to fix our microwave. Each time the tech tries a new fix and it works for a few weeks and then it breaks again. 10 days ago our A/C went out and we filed a claim. I have tried to file a claim for a burnt out circulator pump on my HVAV heat pump.
