I have been trying to get into my account to start a background check for a job since 8 something thin morning. Every reset password attempt has failed. I have even spoken to two separate people as well as contacted someone via chat and nothing is working. This could really cost me the position I applied for. I dont understand how I can select reset password and even on the companys end they do the same and still nothings working. I keep getting hmm something went wrong. And the chat agents take forever to respond. This is horrible service.
