Didnt order or receive item cost me over $170.00 onCC

Much to my surprise on my credit card statement it said in March I received my trial bottles. Well I did not and because I didn't cancel in 14 days for something I did not receive or order I was charged over $170.00.
I will report this company to the BBB and anything else I can. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS TOLD TO. HER REPLY WAS "WHATEVER I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU" WHERE ARE YOU RUNNING THIS OUT OF A BASEMENT OF ILLEGALS.
PISSED IS NOT THE WORD TO DESCRIBE ME NOW. I HATE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND I WILL NOT LET THIS GO.

HORRIBLE ALL AROUND
Told Maria i would wait for a supv, she HUNG UP me! I called back in and immediately asked for supv, the guy needs my act info first, pulls up my acct and wants to give me a tracking number, HELLO I SAID I DO NOT WANT PRODUCT, sez he can offer me 25% refund, OH REALLY?
Told him Maria offered me 50%, after going back n forth told the guy YES refund me 50% ,took him I was calling BBB.
They are crooks, they want to charge me for a product they forgot to send me on a trial basis and because I didn't call w/in 14 days of receiving the product than I am liable or the 84.73? AGAIN, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEREFORE I NEVER CALLED!!!
ON 10/10/16 I Ordered trial product $4.95 shipping charge was what I agreed on, Oct 25,2016 I see a pending charge of $89.73, called cust serv, totally RUDE gal kept repeating herself. I explained I never received the trial product, she said 'Oh yes I see that was our mistake that it wasn't shipped out so I will mail it today. Told her NO THANK U' wasn't interested now and told her I want all charges adjusted, set they can't do that, offered me a 25% refund, told her NO GIVE ME A SUPV, she absolutely refused to put a sup on the line, says supv will call me , UNACCEPTABLE

I received the product though it was not the product I request a free trial. Only supposed to pay shipping.
Then was billed again $89 plus.
It is a scam. I had to cancel my card.

I ordered the Firmacare product after hunting all over for the Term and Conditions section. I finally found it and knew I had to call within 14 days to cancel which I did 2 days after receiving product.
When I called to cancel the girl I spoke to was an ***. She kept trying to tell me it was a free trial and the only way I would be charged was if I ordered something. Well I insisted on a confirmation # for our conversation. Well did I get a shock when I checked my bank balance a few weeks later and they had taken the $89 out any way.
I was pissed so I called and asked for a supervisor and was told one wasn't available. So I told CSR I had called before 2 weeks was up and cancelled orders I thought I was given a confirmation #itwas just the order # So I told the guy I wanted my money back into my account NOW or I was calling the BBB First they offered me 50% I said NO and that I called in time and wanted all my money back and that I worked in a call center and they were suppose to take notes and give cancellation # not a bogus number like I got So he finally said I would get all my money back and I could keep the product.
I was surprised when I found I got my money back early. I just hope they don't try doing it again next month.

Checking my bank statment, there was $198.00 taken out for product I never received. I spoke to Eva, who coughed constantly in my ear.
I receive a message by way of e-mail. They will credit me for less than what they robbed me.

I received a shipment of Firmacare as a monthly shipment that I was not aware of. When I called to cancel any further shipments I was told I would only be refunded 25% of the cost already charged to me.
I was very angry as this was not made clear in the add and the invoice I received was hardly legible. I had to use a magnifier to be able to read what was on the back of the invoice. I managed to find the 800 number only to hit a brick wall. He said I would have had to cancel within 14 days of the trial, which I was told was free.
There was no address on the invoice only an order number and shipping number.
Beware buyers there's nothing free about this !

The website offers a FREE trial. The first thing that happens is you need to pay shipping and handling of $4.95.
A small amount, so you give them your credit card info. Now, they automatically enroll you into a refill membership program and bill your card $84.95 PLUS S&H every 30 days! What they don't tell you is that you must cancel within 14 days after receiving the product or shipments start coming in. The shipping page says "If for any reason you do not find this product is right for you we will gladly give you a full refund, no questions asked" Nothing could be further from the truth.
When I called to cancel, they wanted to charge me the full $84.95 for the supposedly FREE trial! I complained and the company said they could reduce it to $38.00. I grudgingly agreed to $18.71 because I was told my only other option was to pay to return the unused portion of the product. Get my own box, shipping label, post office run, etc.
This company advertises a FREE trial, but it is a bait and switch. Plus there are NO FULL REFUNDS despite what they say in their advertising.
Unless you can afford $90 per month, DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE SCAM!

Worst Company Ever

Feeling tempted, I ordered a trial 30 day supply face cream from Firmacare for a trial price of $4.95. Unable to returning it within 14 days, I paid the full price - almost 90.00 dollars.
I called though shortly after to cancel my order. To my surprise, I received a second package which I returned the very next day without even opening the package - thinking that the shipment already was on its way when I cancelled my order. To my second surprise, I received a third package just a couple of weeks later!! I called the company and asked them to return my money at least for the returned package.
Not only they won't pay back, they also dared to insist that I never cancelled my order. I told them exactly the date I called to cancel, and at this point I became really pissed! After explaining to them that it is a generally accepted procedure to pay back for a returned product, they offered 25% back. Since I did not accept that, they offered 50% after additional time spent arguing.
Believe it or not, their "final" offer was 75%!
What kind of a company is this? The cream itself BTW is nothing special, so don't waste your time and money on this company!
