Pas moyen d’obtenir le service client ,
Après maintes fois, des dizaines de mails, messages sur Facebook Instagram, TikTok, messagerie virtuelle en vain!
En effet, je dois procéder à léchange dun article que vous mavez envoyé en taille XL, alors que javais commandé une taille L.
Je reste avec cet article sur les bras qui est beaucoup trop grand, je ne sais plus comment faire pour enfin avoir quelquun qui me réponde.

Par de moyens de rentrer en contact avec le service client pour procéder à un échange pour un article que vous m’avez envoyé trop grand XL au lieu de L. Des dizaines de messages envoyés !
Très bon produit, pour avoir déjà commandé 1 fois , mais pas moyen davoir quelquun du service pour procéder au dernier article qui me reste en très les bras !!!

Bonjour, jai commandé un pantalon en taille L, jai bien reçu ce dernier, mais qui était en taille XL, donc beaucoup trop grand.
En effet, sur létiquette indépendante accrochée sur le pantalon il y a bien écrit taille L, mets à lintérieur du pantalon sur son étiquette, il y a écrit XL
Ça fait des dizaines de messages que jenvoie pour procéder à un échange et pas de réponses !!! je ne vais pas rester avec un pantalon trop grand à ce prix pour le regarder, merci de votre compréhension.
