Poor customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Went to Firkins to purchased a new car. Waited 20 minutes walked out because of no help.

Next day took salespeople several hours to help make the purchase. Third day 4 hours to do paperwork and they kept getting it wrong. Still don't have the car, they need to locate the one they sold us. 5 days and still no car IMAGINE THAT!

They said the car would come in from Orlando but salesman was too busy to check on it early in the day and now we are headed to day 5.

If we had to do it over, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially my family and friends. Be sure what they add up for your correct billing.

Firkins Automotive Group Manus Automax Hire Scam

Firkins Automotive Group Bradenton Florida, Manus Group Sales Training Automax Sales Training, shame on you! You steal from the unemployed.

How do you have the audacity to lie and steal to these job applicants. You steal their money, 5 days of time in job hunting, file derogatory credit reports and lie to the unemployed. You lure them into your dealership with deceptive advertising. You have them fill out a job application.

Then you interview them and give them the impression that they are being hired. You tell them they have to pay for sales traing. You have them go through 3 days of training all along implying to them that they are hired. You wait until the 3 days of bogus training is over, then you interview them again.

You tell them to wait for a phone call to begin work. All along you know that you are not going to hire them, nor do you even have a position for the number of unemployed that you are stealing money and time from. Many of them tell you they want their money back and you keep it all of it, all along knowing what you have done to them. Do you even know what honest work is?

Bob Firkins, William Saba, and all employees involved pay back the money you stolen from every one of the unemployed. You are theives!

NEVER PAY TO TRY TO GET A JOB! THE EMPLOYER PAYS YOU, YOU DON'T PAY THE EMPLOYER.

They're doing their usual act in Fort Wayne, Indiana now at Glenbrook Dodge. The guy doing the "training" there is Jeff Barton.

:zzz What are you guys talking about? Firkins is no way connected to Automax!

It's a family owned business and the only way to get a job there is to pass their interview and they train you there i worked there for about 3 months before I went into Information tech. This thead is pointless.

If you are trying to "take down the man" why don't you focus on large scale dealers who are involved in shady business. Not family owed businesses that have been around for over 60 years.

Actually it is True! I worked for Firkins for close to 5 years and they implmented these tactics.

As a matter of fact I was there 1st hand when they 1st begun doing this and saw their trial program while thy fine tuned this false program.

Your job position would never allow you the access to meegings, paperwork, and planning of such program knowledge. Theres ao much behind the sceens shady things at Firkins your heads would explode.

Automax Recruiting and Training Company is owned by a guy named craig lockerd out of linwood, nj and the recruit for dealerships and charge the unsuspecting candidates a fee and then assure them they will get reimbursed, but the don't guarantee a job and when you go looking for one, they don't help you. If you try to get your money back they won't give it to you. the trainers are all private contractors and pay craig so they can get bookings from him. They advertise to the dealers, no up front fees, and then don't disclose to the candidates they are charging them until after they have pumped them up on the 3rd day with motivation. they require you to pay cash or cashiers checks the following day and on friday you're on your own. They work harder at recruiting recruiters than salespeople because they charge the recruiters a fee and promise them work, but then tell the recruiters that business is slow and they need to go close their own deals.

The tried to hire me to work for them, but I have several friends who did work for them and they warned me about the scam.

The Manus group used to be called Williams and Associates and is run by some guy named Rick Williams and is wife, not sure of her name. they do the same thing.
