They don't do what I asked them to do, instead they do whatever they like to do. They replace the 4 spark parks for $ 59.96 and the labor for removal and replace the spark plugs is $ 111.- (ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN US DOLLARS). Wow!! Did it need a PhD degree to change the spark plugs? Fixed the A/C and broke the hood latch.Can't even open the hood. Spent $200 at another repair shop to fix the hood latch. I asked them to fix the hood latch that they broke and they did nothing. Why didn't they call me back after they did the evac and re charge and tell me the issue wasn't fixed? Basically they are a rip off..they mark up the parts used for repairs by about 2 or 3 times what they pay.. I have never had a mechanic make money off the parts used for repairs.. this is outrageous so consumer beware that you repair will cost 2 or 3 times what it would somewhere else.!!! instead of $100 its... $300.. seriously... The mechanics were nice and accommodating. I believe they work their people to hard for to little.. Looks like...
