Firene Italian Gifts did not complete my order correctly! did not ship or complete my order correctly. To make matters worse, when I received the order (one month late), one of the products I ordered was missing and one was engraved incorrectly. They blame it on the engraver but, they are the ones that wrote the order up. So why did my order go out in someone else's name, to a state 2600 miles away? The manager Lisa is very, very rude and was very argumentative with me on the phone. When I told them that I'd called Visa to dispute the matter she lied and told me they'd called her to find out what had happened. That is not the way it works. I need to file a grievance report first and THEN they put an investigator on the matter. Liars! and bad business people! Don't do business with Firenze Italian Gifts!

This is a false complaint. We suspect a particular competitor who did this.

As you can see, we have no other complaints.

We take customer service seriously and expect this false complaint to be removed immediately before legal action is taken. This is slander.
