I spent 6.99 on a upgrade pack and it took my money and didn't give me squat. It has been over a week since I have contacted customer support and I still have yet to receive reimbursement.
I tried to call and could not reach any human support. It's been a very distasteful experience and I would not recommend to anyone playing this game to spend their money unless they have money to blow because it will take you so long to get it back or be reimbursed on the game by support.

I sent receipts of in-app purchases of money that was taken, then the game reverted and packages I bought reset and went away. I have emailed this complaint and requested my money back from them and stopped getting emails back as soon as I proved my purchases with the receipts. I've been patient and civil as possible but I want my money back now!

I am so tired of this I do not want to start over after all my money and progress this is a mess and to long I have been patient as I can be Che k my record for all I have progressed only thing for me to do is leave for good and I dont want to and the challenges need to change its the same thing all the time I dont mind spending but this is crazy. I and er had problems but once in the 3 years but this is the worse ever .
Scared for my sims to do anything because f the shutting down every time there is a update this happens. Frustrating customer

A joke, has been stealing light pints (purchased and earned) for the past month, its *** when you need them to progress and buy in the game! I will never save up because the game wont allow me. I also would like to delete the game but cannot because I have Easter so much money on it .

Yes there is still an issue my game is still crashing and this is frustrating. I put a great deal of money in the game this pass weekend hoping it would be fixed by now but it seems it is getting worse.
I cant seem to do any challenge because I keep losing progress. This is happening every 5 minutes now while playing I dont want to keep starting over .
