New Reviewer Ares RC

I bought a Drone for over $350. The first day the camera overheated and failed. I brought it to a local store 2 days later and the owner said the drone he bought did the same and the company had to send him a new one. The company says they can't test all of the merchandise that they sell, and this is a continuing problem with the Ethos FPV drone. I waited to long to call them, and even though the Hobby store will testify it was broken day one they will not do anything to help. The customer service people laughed when I asked to a manager and said it wasn't going to help. They have only a 30 window to resolve any problems.
