I was an employee at this company for 5yrs. Not a good company to work for.
The owners are only interested in profits and what they can get out of you for minimal pay. Long hrs working in the heat and shorthanded. They used to provide water for the employees but stopped that to save a buck. If you pay child support and have your wages garnished he fails to pay it.
At least 3 employees have had to deal with this. They do not acknowledge labor laws nor do the consider safety to be of importance.
They operate way below any OSHA standards. Do not hire or work for them.
