Purchased Amethyst Micro 380 last Saturday. Upon first firing at the indoor range of our Gun Store, My trigger finger was about ruined! The trigger serration comes to an EXTREMELY sharp point...like needles in my finger. I was extremely disappointed at the design I have the Rose Gold 9mm, and never had a problem with it. I am so surprised Kimber would allow such a design, on this expensive hand gun. I should have fired before purchasing. All it would take on the part of Kimber would be to blunt the tip of the trigger! Reputation is at stake! I would hope Kimber Manufacturing would make this right! NOT a very happy Customer here.

Bought a LCR 38 special brand new. Took it to the range and the first shot the bullet got stuck in the barrel.
Was using the correct ammunition. 38 special 125 grain. Sent it in to Ruger. Just got a call saying they can't fix it but they offering me to sell me a new one for $400.
I bought it on sell for $300. Absolutely horrible.
Also told me that it wasn't a manufacturing error. Pretty sure if I wasn't even able to shoot one bullet out of it that it wasn't the ammo or me.

I had a problem with the inner latch that is depressed to install the slide after the first cleaning. Contacted SIG and talked to customer service guys.
They emailed an RMA shipping label via FEDEX that I will be charged for. I will also have to "arrange return shipping" when the pistol is returned.
The was new and has been fired twice. Customer service acted like they were doing me a favor fixing a problem with their product. **Note to SIG....Contact Springfield Armory and ask them to help you set up Customer Service and let them instruct you on how to handle returns.

Finally able to buy one of the fabled brand, P365. First thing out of the case, the space in front of the trigger pinches my finger. Too wide a gap. I expect this from a $200 kel-tec but not a $600 Sig.
