I bought a ring for over a thousand dollars for my wife. We have been married for 11 years.
Not long after having the ring the stones started to fall out. I took it to a professional jeweler and he said it was the worst quality ring he had ever seen. It had cracks and dents all over it. On top of that he said the stones had been glued in.
FireandBrilliance offered me half of my money back.
They are selling rings for over a thousand dollars that fall apart. It's sad when people won't stand behind their products.

I was thinking about ordering a ring that caught my eye, but the company seems to enjoy cat and mouse games. I have never heard of a company that does not give refunds on a certain class of rings that they have called Victoria, Francesca, etc.,etc.
I am glad I saw this. Obviously you bought a cookie cutter ring from them if they are offering you any money at all, I plan on staying away, and suggesting my friends do the same.
