I was thinking about ordering a ring that caught my eye, but the company seems to enjoy cat and mouse games. I have never heard of a company that does not give refunds on a certain class of rings that they have called Victoria, Francesca, etc.,etc.
I am glad I saw this. Obviously you bought a cookie cutter ring from them if they are offering you any money at all, I plan on staying away, and suggesting my friends do the same.
