Not horrible customer service - No customer service

They claim they will respond to an email regarding customer service issues. The truth is, they do not respond. If you call their number, you get a recording saying, "WE no longer take calls". That is the most horrible customer service I have ever heard of.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
