Treated badly and unfairly
I had been there before,I thought the portions were small and a little expensive. The food was good.We returned on Sunday for lunch. We live on the other side of San Francisco so to go to Fiores fight traffic and find parking is close to impossible. When we arrived the help were having a conversation in the back of the restaurant not acknowledging us so they could talk.We called for the waiter and we felt ackward standing there. The sort of detached waiter abrasively informed us not to bother because Fiores closes at 3 o clock.I looked at my watch and it was 2:35 ,but we waited at least 10 minutes to get the waiters attention!!?He smiled sardonically and refused to serve us.We were upset.Because finding parking is so difficult.we ate at a burger place near by because we did not want to find parking all over again. Our lunch was no good.On the way back to our car we walked by the Fiore cafe and the same Fiore waiter made eye contact with me and the Jerk smiled at us.Fellow San Franciscans,do not eat there!

*** employee says not serving?!
on Monday, May 26 and my housemate drove all about 60 blocks to eat at Fiores at 1200 Guerrero Street. We had eaten there once before. When we walked 10 we found it to be quite busy, so we stood and waited for an employee to seat us. This took a while because the waiter and the person in the kitchen seem to be having a prolonged and engaged conversation, the waiter strategically never looking back that way he doesn't have to help us.we stood there it was very uncomfortable finally he turned around he walked up to us, we said that we want to be seated. With kind of a smirk he responded sorry guys were closed and now we close the kitchen at three sorry and he turned around and he walked away. Nothing kills a business like success. We could not believe it. And to make matters worse it was 2:35 PM! That's what we received for our valiant effort to try to eat their! We were hungry so we tried to find something else in the neighborhood because parking in San Francisco is a very difficult undertaking. We passed FIORES on our way back and coincidentally saw that same employee putting a closed sign in the window he recognized us and he smiled. It's obvious that as a customer we had no value, we will never go there again and I recommend that you do not as well dear San Franciscans.
