Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. With no previous communication from the seller, I suddenly had an email saying I would receive a refund.

As yet, I have not received the money, but Fiorelli have asked me for feedback.

I tried every way I could find to contact this company, but had no response. Eventually they have offered a refund, but I will believe it when the cash hits my bank account.

Ordered a black play tote bag, which arrived covered in white marks. Immediately took photos and emailed Fiorelli.

Two days later I still haven't had a reply. I have tried calling, but just get a message asking me to email. I have now emailed three times with no response. The forum I'm on is littered with people having the same problem, as is their Facebook page.

I will get this sorted, but suggest that you avoid this company. AVOID
