Asking fintiba to return my money

It is a little bit hard to get in touch due to time differences. If there is 24 hrs online service. This will be great especially when you are asking fintiba to return your money when your visa has been refused by the Embassy. It takes more than 1 month for the process

Fintiba - Rejection of transferred money by sutor bank
I made a transfer to my bank account but the sutor bank rejected it (due to internal policy) Can you please contact the bank and clarify why was it rejected and how could i feed my blocked bank account?

HELP Don’t know where my money is

My money is now missing for more than 3 weeks. My bank in India says it is send, Fintiba says it is not on Sutor bank arrived. So where is it. Also no respsone, I feel lost and lonely. My experience starts with sleepless nights and I blame them for that. Hope it is not lost or stolen for good.
