November 2016 took a $2000 loan on my car with Finovia Financial. BIG BIG mistake!

made 11 payments of $250. always on time or early. Never received any statements of account despite numerous requests. Received a letter in August 2017 saying review of my account showed a credit of $712.00 due me when I called they tried to get me to sign for another loan but never provide the information I requested.

Got a dealership to call on 11/8/17 and they quoted my pay off at $1977.00 that' s less than $30.

going to the principle after paying $2750.00 and a credit of $712. were did my money go and why wont they respond to any of my requests?
