Resolved: Contacting customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
After some difficulty and frustration contacting customer service to amend a recent orderl, literally a day before, however once I finally got through,the customer service were very very helpful and order all sorted.
The contact times advertised on website are not correct.
Fantastic quality goods though so worth persevering

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
I placed a order of over £100.00
I ordered wrong size. In a matter of hours have tried to contact them to change this before shipping.
No answers either by phone or email.
Extremely dissatisfied. Items are not cheap they have over £100 of my money and I have no product and unable to reach anybody at this company.

Return query
No number to speak to a person. I was replied to by email, but it took time. I had to call a shop to get help, and they emailed for me.
Not everyone finds technology easy, and it is better to have money issues resolved quickly when mistakes have been made with refunds as in this case.
