Problem with flawless brow
I need to file claim on the warranty. My flawless brow is not working.
It pulls the brow hair rather than trim. It also gets very hot to touch right on the tip.

I ordered the flawless brows on 7/4/20 order#632022****20001, confirmation#202841****PDTAH, I had also, ordered the flawless facial, which I don't really care for. But, there was not documentation in the pkg. for me to return.
You call, customer service and there are just pitifull, they don't know anything or care.

I have not been contacted about it nothing has been done I still have the broken product I cannot use it’s completely useless to me and was a waste of money. Nothing has been done about it no one has contacted me, and like I said the product I still have is broken

A week or so I wrote about the flawless beauty shaver which failed within the first minute. Thirty minutes ago my lady friend brought me the other beauty device that I purchased along with the shaver.
I ordered the exfoliater , what she brought for me to get working was the eyebrow
trimmer.
I have the address to send both of them back but it will cost me nearly as much to return it as I spent to buy it. I have never had so many equipment failures until China started taking over nearly everything.
