Terrible customer service

BEWARE, WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FINISH STRONG TRAILERS OR ROBERT FIANO.
Owner Rob Fiano is a fast talking, dishonest lying individual. He just started the business has no good reputation. He will tell you he is doing something one way then not, tell you one price then change it later when you go to get your trailer. He has horrible customer service and has a huge nasty attitude to his customers.
I'm also aware of one customer that Mr. Fiano Took a 10k deposit from then did not build the customers the trailer and customer had to post his experience all over Facebook to get Robert Fiano to do something as Mr. Fiano ignored his request for a refund. Do do business with Robert Fiano or you will also learn the hard way.
Do not give him any money upfront, put every small detail in a contract and hope he actually does it, or you will have to argue with this jerk. The shop uses inferior materials and the wiring is substandard. The tailights on my trailer went out 1st time trailer went in the water. I had to drive it back, to him to fix it, wasting my time, fuel, and tolls both ways.
I ordered my trailer set up for my boat but he did not set up correctly, he put my forward bunks way to far forward and then I then had to pay him more to ad a cross member to extend the forward bunks would go under the boat. He tells you one thing then pulls a fast one and does something else. We got into argument today when I picked up my trailer for the repairs due to his terrible attitude, disrespectful mouthy way he treats his customers. He did not extend the bunks to where he told me at 5 ft more.
He did less than 4 ft. I then get a call from a police officer Robert Fiano called to try asking me what happened in the verbal argument. Robert Fiano has no business, doing business or dealing with customers. His wife's attitude is as nasty.
He had had a jerky attitude from day one. He originally wanted a 5k cash deposit and I was smart and only would put on a credit card due to really not trusting his personality and brand new company. I wish, I would have never done business with him.
He is absolutely terrible and the customer service is beyond horrible and a completely full of BS. Please do yourself a favor and go have a reputable shop build a proper trailer anywhere else besides Finish crap trailers.
