Ordered and never received - Can't contact Company

I ordered a FS1000 Fingerprint Door lock via internet on 11-28-12. I gave credit card information to purchase the item and it was to be shipped immediately. Five days later I get a call from them wanting me to send a check, claiming their Credit Card machine was broken. I told them to call me when their machine was fixed. Five days later they called, Credit card machine still broken, send check. Guaranteed me they would ship item immediately if I sent the check. In dire need of the product, I sent the check and here it is 12-27-12 and still no lock. I have called, left messages and E-Mailed with no response. As the other complaints have suggested "Stay away from these clowns". I have an internal legal department and I plan on getting to the bottom of this, but in the mean time, stay clear of them !!!!!!
