Hi I recently purchased cushions for my couch they are absolutely perfect I could not be happier I want to thank Travis for doing such a good job best couch cushions out there you won't find any better these are leather and I could not find them anywhere else

One of the worst buying experience I've ever had! I purchased a Lane lift chair from this outfit about 6 months ago. They sent a defective chair & still fighting with them to get it repaired or replaced! It's seat and footrest are uneven and problem is getting worse. The seat's so crooked my mother's back hurts after sitting in it. Even called in the BBB for help; they seem to be getting the same run around I do.

The "not-so-fine" webstore rep dumps the problem at the manufacturer's door. I didn't pay the maker, I paid them. They keep saying they've arranged with Lane to get the item repaired and parts "are on order." There have been 3 repair calls...the first fixed immediate problem of loose parts. 2nd call a team came out and ordered a part. When the part came in a 3rd technician said it didn't need the part and took it back.

The last promise from FWS is that parts are being reordered and as soon as they arrive it will be repaired. They won't even consider replacing this expensive hunk of junk or refunding my money although I've asked them numerours times. We're approaching 2 months on this last odyssey and no fix. Maybe the parts are being hand-forged and they haven't finished digging out the ore yet?

I have dealt directly with Lane in the past and never had problems with them so I'm skeptical about the claims they are unresponsive and difficult to work with. I will never use or it's parent company--Sofa & Mattress Outlet LLC--again and caution others to think before they buy. This all started because FWS had the right upholstery color not available at my local furniture store. Next time, I stick to local vendors who stand behind what they sell and resolve problems instead of creating more. I'll just spray paint the #$%^!! stuff! It would be a lot less hassle than this goat-rope.

Once all parties - FWS, Lane, and I - came together I received a full refund in less than a day! WOW! FineWebStores and Lane have a happy camper now.
