Large Consignment of Sculptures Damaged During Transport and Not Per Order

We made a large purchase of marble sculptures, some of which were custom designs. We requested (in writing) and paid Fines Gallery for comprehensive transport insurance of all items. Some of the larger and most expensive "custom" pieces were damaged during transport due to inappropriate packaging and low quality crating. It turned out that consignment was uninsured. Custom work was not according to design requested. Instead only a very small part of the statues were customised and the rest of the items were a very obvious copy of a very well known piece by a major artist. The statues had to be repaired and then further sawed and mounted into 3 separate sections in order to break up the 3 different styles (classical, renaissance, modern) and make them usable. Finish on each item was inconsistent and our local marble experts were unable to render the items to a similar enough finish to be used in the same rooms as needed. Fines Gallery and their Chinese supplier refused to take responsibility, replace damaged items or provide a partial refund to cover the cost of the damaged item. We never requested restitution for cost of repairs and to attempt to alter the different finishes. Total loss to our business $34, 000

This claim against Fine's Gallery is fictitious and has no basis. The whole intent of this claim is for the defamation of our company name as a World Leader as a custom stone designer.

Further; we also suspect that this person and/or individuals have been motivated by competitors to present unsubstantiated claims of this sort to present doubt to any new prospected customers.

As a World leader in the custom stone design creation, with years and service excellence we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all our products. Fine’s Gallery has 1000’s of satisfied customers throughout the world, and we will present any new customer with a list of references that will give their approval of the quality of our product and the service that they have received.

We take all slanderous statements serious and Fine's Gallery will always take the necessary legal action(s) against anyone that makes false statements against us.

ATTENTION: THE SAME DAY THIS FALSE STATEMENT WAS POSTED ON RIPOFF REPORT WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A COMPANY (PERSON) STATING THEY COULD REMOVE IT FROM RIPOFF.COM, THIS CLAIM HAS ONLY BEEN POSTED TO EXTORT MONEY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
