Bolts missing from the brand new bench that we just got on 3/28/23. Cant put together for my son until we receive the bolts to assemble the weight bench.
Called customer service to let them know about the issue they responded very quickly and placed an order to ship out to us with the bolts etc. the customer service lady we spoke to was very sympathetic and helpful.

Missing bolts to assemble the bench. Customer service answered the phone quickly and helped us out with our missing bolts.
They will ship them and we will receive them in three days. In the meantime we wont be able to use the bench until we get those bolts.

When contacted they sent messege asking whether I wanted a refund or a replacement bike. There was no way for me to respond to this message.
I would like a replacement if it is for the same item.
