Findtherightjob - Review in Employment Agencies category

AI Highlights

Just had someone from finding the right job called me in San Mateo Ca about my application on line. I asked her what, who are you?

She was hella rude and said "ypu put your application on line with us and we are "findingtherightjob" and hanged up. Listen if you know that talking to people aint what you got honey find some other *** job, when you asked us personal question, we the public wanna know who the *** we are talking too. So if you can't handle the public you should be i dont know flipping Burgers in the back.

Findtherightjob Job Postings Review from Mountain View, California

AI Highlights
  • - They claim contact info from job sites like Indeed is harvested and redirected.
  • - They worry the data could be sold to third parties after calls.

They somehow got contact information of people looking for jobs from different job application sites... Example: indeed. Com redirecting the user to the host site where you fill out the application with your name and number etc.. From such unencrypted sites or perhaps indeed themselves selling contact info...

Anyways find the right job is bogus.. They themselves use indeed database..

My worry is if they are later selling contact info to 3rd party after confirming through the annoying call

AI Highlights
  • - Found a fast call from FindTheRightJob.com after entering my info; the representative read from a script, cut me off, and hung up when I declined.

Three minutes after entering my phone number and e-mail and even before I had finished their questionnaire, I received a call from FindTheRightJob.com. I'm thinking 'Gee, that's fast!' Anyway, the caller was very professional until I tried asking questions; he kept cutting me off with "Sir, Sir, Sir...!!!" that's when I realized he was reading from a script ( are you listening, Torian P, "Career Advisor" ?

(sic) ) and that I was throwing him off his momentum and delaying him from meeting his call quota. Desperate for work, I thought 'OK, let's see where this is going' and let him continue. When he got to the line "and I heard that you're interested in furthering your education?" ( he didn't hear it from me!) I initially said yes, but then I remembered that I fell for this *** before with another site ( which resulted in some b.s. out of state college calling me EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS and not taking 'no' for an answer until flipped and screamed at them ) and I said 'No, strike that.

I'm not interested!' and BANG! HE HANGS UP!!!

Cons:
  • Deceptive site title

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

No BBB rating

AI Highlights
  • - They lie upfront.
  • - No BBB rating, not even BBB+.
  • - FindTheRightJob listing seemed legit and Glassdoor complaints were scary and posting needs 100 words.

Check it out for yourself before you buy or before you go to work for them. They lie right upfront. The have NO BBB rating at all - let alone BBB+

Saw this job listed on FindTheRightJob website - which I thought was legit. Now I wonder about them too. I always check everything out before I leap (I've learned the hard way)

Reading all the complaints on their "glass door" page was really scary. Sure does not sound like a business I want to deal with and this site tells me I need to type a minimum of 100 words to get this to post - go figure.
