My car was dropped off to the service department on a Wednesday. After 24 hours they finally diagnosed the problem and told me my car would be ready on Friday. On Friday I called to see when it would be ready and I was told it would be ready that evening. I had to call again to see if it was ready yet (notice no communication on their part) and I was told that it would be ready on Monday. When I told them that was unacceptable they made a bunch of excuses, but there was no attempt on their part to help rectify the situation. No money off my bill, no car I could borrow to get to work. In general this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Not only were they bad, they were rude and condescending. I don't understand how this could be my fault, but they sure seem to think so.

Nothing has changed. They are arrogant and ignorant.

There is no customer service. They lack communicating skills.
