My wife and I purchased a 2018 Kia focus in July 2018 3 days later it was totaled by an inexperienced driver in Auburn Wa., we were put into a 2018 Soul on August 8 2018. this is were all *** has been unleashed on us. This vehicle has stayed in the service dept. and here is a list of things supposedly fixed...rear Hacth assembly replaced,front fuel pump,rear glass broken while in service,on dec. 25 it broke down on wife and grandkids on Hwy 15 11 miles from Las Vegas Nv.,it took roadside 3 hrs. to get car to Findlay Kia on Sahara were it will remain because we no longer want it. They were supposed to look at why its stopping after fueling it. now there have been some great customer service from consumer affairs dept. like Tyler the manager or Amanda,yet these idiots far out way there good service. Like those stupid computer agents who require time to get you to a human who will loop you back n forth to themselves knowing the office is closed when all they have to do is say that and you can go to alternative means of getting off the Highway. or when you are angry block your calls by saying they cant hear you but never call you back even knowing the number you call from. the Kia package deal Vehicle + warranty+Geico insurance+sirius radio are a @@##$%$ joke. sirius still tries to take monies out of my account for the focus we no longer have and have twice been told not to do,Geico blocked us out of the app. knowing all the info. they needed was in there,oh yea they will fix your car but really hard working Americans buy news cars so they can avoid repairs ya dig. now here's the kicker I swithed vehicle with my spouse and grandkids on Dec. 27th they made it home safely and im still on the road with Enterprise (which they use when the dealer runs out of cars(not likely they have a fleet of every model behind every dealership)enterprise roadside is the same as above. I left Findlay after aruging with Jose the Service supervisor who demanded my warranty info. which he got and was placed in a truck it broke down that day i was on highway for 13hrs. and eventually hospitalized,for costochondritis,they placed me in ford focus in Henderson Nv. which broke down in Victorville Ca,which was replaced with a nissan sentra which broke down in Bend Or. Im almost home though i had to revisit the hospital here because of the cold air on Hwy 395 N. flairing up my rib cage and highblood pressure. Can you say SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE. I WILL GIVE MY KOREAN FRIENDS A LITTLE ADVICE. Stop selling broke cars to Hard working AMERICANS and treat every customer like a middle aged woman who just wants a new reliable car then these problems will go away and you will sell alot of cars until then I'm on a campaign to BLACKLIST YOUR CO. SUE SUE SUE.

Kia rio rides very rough and horrible seats

I just purchased a Kia rio last night from Findlay Kia in Las Vegas. liked the looks of the car test drove. After pressure from salesperson.Purchased the car drove it home. I have neck and hip problems. The car rode so rough and the seat was uncomfortable. In the morning I had to go to the Dr. for treatment. I called Al Smith in the morning and explained the situation told him he could keep my down payment but I needed to return the car. He said no one held a gun to your head to sign a contract. Well now will be paying 5 years on a car I cant use unless I want to be a Cripple. (GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE) Run as fast as you can away from this company wish I had. They will not give me the number to the manager (good coverup)
