Where do I begin??? If you want a workplace that makes clients happy, then run for the hills.

The culture that is bestowed upon you is a complete brainwashing environment. There are many layers of management that a) are not competent, b) apply a lot of pressure daily, c) will lie to you every step of the way only to make sure they hit their numbers, d) most new people will be stuck with the worst of the worst internal partners, which makes your job nearly impossible, e) as close to used car sales as you can get, f) a very bad product that the company charges a monthly subscription and tries to hide from clients that they are not doing anything worth of value to the websites, g) you will find unpaid commission checks only to find out you have to fight for the money owed, etc...

Bottom line, folks, if you want to be a part of a "Boiler Room" philosophy, then have at it. Your clients will hate you because what management claims to provide to the clients seems to fail almost every time. In your interview, ask this question, "How many website accounts have been left over the last two years, and how much turnover is there?".

A ton is the answer. The reason for it is they don't do any quality SEO, provide horrible service, and the billing to clients is like a maze.

I warn all people who think this is a good career. It is where you can get stuck, and before you know it, you have given up your life to be at a dead-end job. They make you read from a script in training to trick the clients.

I know this and wouldn't adhere to such scams. It is a sick culture. Most managers are only there to defend their job and constantly demand daily Sales Force input and things like, "how much did you sell today?", etc... The reason for the SalesForce is that they know you will not be there long and want as much data input so they can make money with other companies under the TR umbrella.

After you left and made some money, guess what?

You may think other companies will look at you with some class. Well, it is quite the opposite. They look at you as the bottom-of-barrel salespeople because that is how they train you. Companies have caught on as they should.

You have made a deal with the devil (FindLaw), and recruiters know it. You are not this well-rounded salesperson they claim to have made you into, but you are a con artist and don't even know it.

Advice to Management

Clean house and stop the old way of managing. You have the resources to create a great product, but corporate greed has taken over.

Take care of clients and quit training sales reps to scam their clients. You all know your SEO is putrid, and the billing system is a scam.

FindLaw - A labyrinth of ***

Egregious prices. Manipulative and disingenous sales tactics.

Unhelpful customer service from representatives who are either too overworked or incompetent to read an email and answer the questions you actually asked.

They'll answer 99% of your questions by sending you their customer service number, which will bounce you around from one department to the next, where you'll wait on hold for an hour before they transfer you to another rep. Enjoy!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

There is no valid phone, a phone tree that only runs in circles, the only information we get it to "to to our website" for FAQ's. no help at all for anytthing!!!!

Do you think we would be wasting 45 minutes on the phone calling you if we could find your simplistic FAQ's applicable to my specific situation? NO.

YOU ARE A WASTE

FindLaw a poor investment for attorney

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Findlaw was probably my worst investment as a lawyer and I’ve been practicing since 1993. I signed a contract with them in December 2016 and, to date, I’ve gotten one bankruptcy client through their system.

What I’ve gotten more of is calls from sales people who seem to love using Findlaw as an easy way to troll for lawyers.

And to make matters worse, they are now chasing me for more than $7K for “services rendered.” I’ve made less than $1,000 through their system and they are suggesting I should pay about 10x that for their “service.” I have heard there are other lawyers out there with the same experience. If you are an attorney with a similar gripe against this company, please call my office at 216-241-****.

Calls on weekends

I think I read on FindLaw.com that it's illegal to make collection calls on weekends; people are allowed days when they're not harassed, heh, which GC did to me.

I also didn't like that they first promised me a settlement from creditor, and then said it never happened. I asked for them to talk to my creditor and ask for a smaller settlement, and they firmly refused it, no explanation.

I had much better cooperation from another company, AC or such.

These guys should rethink their business ethics, I believe. Thanks for your time, PissedCustomer.com

ADT has terrible customer service. I requested a technician come out to my home for a faulty cabling issue behind the drywall.

The first tech that came out had no knowledge of how to fix the cabling issue.

The second tech did not show up at ALL. They pride themselves on customer care, I'm sorry that's horrible customer care.
