Parking Scam Website
I want to report the following company finda.net for fraudulant activity & misleading advertising. They are relying on people clicking on their website by searching in google "pay to park" or "pay by phone" by paying google for advertising against these key searchs.
I can see so many other people who have been scammed by them, surely this has to be stopped.
They ask for a £0.90 deposit while you try find your parking location then the next day charge a £39 subscription for a mobile phone tracking service that you dont know youve agreed to nor asked for. The site is misleading, its logos appeared on google just like the logos on the parking signs and it appeared all fine until I paid the £0.90 then it became clear this wasnt parking.
I was in a rush in an emergency trying to pay for my parking in a Holiday Inn carpark in Lancaster at night and unfortunately have fallen victim to this scam.
Preferred solution: Full refund
