very poor customer services and extremely disappointed. I tried to contact them 10+ times and every time the call was disconnected with automated message saying no one was available.

I wanted a replacement item as it is for a fathers day gift and is needed in 1 week from now. Poor customer service very disappointed with this company and no phone number on the website.
