very poor customer services and extremely disappointed. I tried to contact them 10+ times and every time the call was disconnected with automated message saying no one was available.

i tried 3 different days. No way to get my money back or follow up this issue.

i received my personalised order damaged and required a replacement so I emailed the address listed on the website and waited for 48 hours with no response or acknowledgement at all. I wanted a replacement item as it is for a fathers day gift and is needed in 1 week from now. Poor customer service very disappointed with this company and no phone number on the website.
