If i do not get my refund,i do not want to go there any more.I want to forget Finch Nissan.
They called me and said they needed more time,when i went to pick up the car , i was told i would be charged 2 hours,$299.90,and they give me $30 discount. it is no the first time,i feel ripped off from Finch Nissan.do not go there.

Auto Service
You go for a simple oil change with a great operating car, and they give you a whole list of other repairs needed. They would not even care to top up your fluids and check your tire pressure.
Then you make an appointment to do one recommended service from the list based on priority, and they will ask you to sign that you have declined to have the other recommended repairs done as well so that they will not be responsible if anything happened to you. I was not stupid to give them the permission to play with my car and endanger my life.
I said goodbye and left that garage, never to return again. I sincerely advise anyone to be a smart customer and stay away from these fraudulent people.

The dealership never reached out, not a word.
Went for nitrogen, for the tires. They said they couldn't help because of Covid-19, and I needed to make an appointment 7 to 15 days out.
All tires were off so needed a fix today. The service department said go to a gas station, so I confronted the service manager, he said they couldn't do that because of covid, feeling like he was trying to make me feel stupid, I told him all the tires are on the outside of the car...they demanded I leave. Well, what happened to customer service, Air is available all around the place but no one was willing to help. Extremely poor service.
Finch/Dale Downie Nissan is working their way to the poorest service record. Service manager Jason has no social skills and will be the death of this place.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
