The dealership never reached out, not a word.

Went for nitrogen, for the tires. They said they couldn't help because of Covid-19, and I needed to make an appointment 7 to 15 days out. All tires were off so needed a fix today. The service department said go to a gas station, so I confronted the service manager, he said they couldn't do that because of covid, feeling like he was trying to make me feel stupid, I told him all the tires are on the outside of the car...they demanded I leave. Well, what happened to customer service, Air is available all around the place but no one was willing to help. Extremely poor service. Finch/Dale Downie Nissan is working their way to the poorest service record. Service manager Jason has no social skills and will be the death of this place.
