My payment didn't go through. Tried calling billing and couldn't get through to financial warranty. All has been taken care now.

Zero assistance with the dispute, they say they can't reach me, however they have my correct phone number, and email. Yet they claim to still be trying to contact me using the number given to them by whoever started this fraudulent account. Very sad
Poor.account was open fraudulently. They should have refunded all the disputed payments immediately , but nooooi.
I bet my next call in , we will start a new original dispute request, even though 2 have already been started. Just a bunch of professional pirates sitting in desks

I'm to be paying on the 3rd of each month. I'm getting billed on the 2nd of the month.
This is causing me money at my bank. Would like Quinton to call me back please. If things don't change I'll be forced to cancel my account. You already have bad reviews.

I want to cancel your services because I was not aware that your services do NOTHING to help me. Why am I paying you $200.
and not paying the bills I was told to stop paying? Just what was I paying for? I feel like you misrepresented your involvement in settling the accounts that were put in your system. You recently TOOK OUT money from my banking account, very slick how you did that.
Id like to see that money go back into my checking account, since youll actually never do anything about my financial situation.
Plus all the paperwork that you emailed back seem to magically disappear from my computer. Strange that I cant reach anyone on the phone to talk to.

I have tried to speak to someone concerning my cancelation and refund.
Never got calls back after several days.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They contacted me and fixed the situation. It off the $6800 that I paid them they gave me a refund of just over $4400..
When I had originally signed up with them they ensured me that I would be taken care of and not to worry about anything at all and stupid me, I trusted what they said. They stated that if any creditors called me not to talk to them and to tell them that I was working with a debt consolidation company and that if I received and paperwork from any of the creditors to send it to them and they would have their legal team look at it. In the 2 years and 1 month they did absolutely nothing, all of the accounts that I had all went to the court and then they told me that my only option as of right now is to claim bankruptcy which I WILL NOT DO!!!! I then figured it out myself and took care of them without having to consider bankruptcy.
SO IF ANYONE GETS A PHONE CALL from a place that's called Financial Warranty just know that it's a huge scam, you will ultimately pay for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Don't fall for it.
They are nothing but a huge scam!!!! In the time frame that I was with them I spent almost $7,000.00 that could've gone towards the cards that I owed on.
