Complaint regarding my insurance claim

I had a slab lean on 10-15-16, I contacted your company and have been given the run around, I just received my first check on 11-29-16. some how my money that was suppose to be in my escrow account, got re routed to Outside the System, by error of your company. so because of your error I have been suffering, my home is 90% complete and I have only gotten one check from you in the amount of $4,715.32 and that's because I complained and finally asked to talk to a manager on 11-28-16 and Kevin gave me this disturbing information and he immediately send me out this check. I want the rest of my money NOW, so I can pay the people who are working on my house. I was suppose to get a third when the job started and I did not, due to your company error. there is a lot more please contact me immediately at 1-94*-768-****.and I don't want to talk to Neida, she has been absolutely no help to me, all she does it lie and interrupt me when I'm trying to explain my frustration. I spoke with her on 11-9-16 why didn't she explain to me that my money got rerouted to that outside system? I am not a very happy customer and I need answers now or I will have my attorney contact you and see if he can get things done. I've been asking for help since 11-9-16 and no one down there knows what they are doing, except for Kevin, he is the only one who has helped me. I asked Neida on 11-1-16 to have kevin call me that I wanted to file a complaint with your company, she said she would and he never called me. She probably didn't give him my message, she is a very rude person and I DO NOT want to talk to her ever again...Roseann Parra my tracking number is 295860. I would like to speak with the head of the insurance dept.....
