There is ZERO WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO GET AN ANSWER ON STATUS. I will CANCEL IF I CANNOT GET A STATUS IN NEXT 24 hours!
Customer service BLOWS! There is ZERO WAY TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. Not a good place to buy wine if you need to know when it will be delivered!

Poor customer service
I tried to contact this company several different times and was never responded to. Cannot call but their web site gave methods to contact them.
None were responded to. My address Is WI not CA.
Sent screen shots several times No response ever. And I am a member on their website.
