Complaint has been resolved
The company FiltersUSA finally agreed to deliver my filters even after they said they would not. Had they been gracious enough to do this in the beginning, no complaint would have been made.

Filters were sent to an an old address that was four years old, due to the fact that they had stored it. They refused to refund or resend the filters, even though they said they would "this one time".
Like there will be another time for me. Be cautious when using this company

I live in Alaska and we're very used to dealing with high shipping costs. In fact, prior to completing an order, we always, ALWAYS, check for shipping costs.
This company, FiltersUSA, gave me an on-line quote for shipping of $9 so I completed the transaction. In the completed order they mention that it "might cost more" if we live outside the contiguous states. How much more, you ask? $193, and that's for a $140 order!
They did not rip me off, but had they mentioned the extra shipping a bit sooner in the process, I would not have made the order. Beware this company.
