Terrible customer service from a company in business as long as Filson. I would have been waiting until dooms day and never receive my order or any communication from Filson for that matter, of a product available when ordered but not when time for shipping, how lovely.
I don't know if they intentionally not contact you in hopes you will forget about your order and your money, or if its just plain due to amateur business practice. Also, they don't respond to email as well, stating my displeasure with my service received from Filson.
