Just got my order from Fillippis Kearney Mesa delivered from Door Dash. Again, it was burnt! Sure messes with my appitetite when that happens!

I have been going to Filippi's since they were on the east end of Poway Rd.

I ordered a to-go from them today and got the worst Antipasto salad I have ever had!!!

The lettuce was brown and wilted very little meat and the pizza was cold and not like we remembered it. They used to pile the cheese on, but not so today!!

Their website shows a picture of the menu and the prices aren't even close, Antipasto salad was double and the medium pizza was almost double.

$41.65 for a very disappointing meal.

I had to ask for papers and cheese and butter ! No napkins because we didn't ask for them.

By the way, I called and spoke to the manager and she said everything was fresh and went and confirmed it.

Look elsewhere for fresh Italian food!!!

Menu on line is half of the actual prices false advertising!!!

Hello i put in an online order last night Nov 5th it was incorrect when i picked it up and got back home. I called back to lwt them know to which they said there was nothing they couls do for me to call.back monday to talk to a mngr.

This was Sat. May i add so i had to wait 2 days to get my correct food, to which i was then put on hold 35 min on and off switching me ton3 different people who told me it was my fault and unfortunately there was nothing they could do they refused to refund my money or correct the $10 sub that was placed wrong. As she proceeded to talk over me and not give me her mngrs name she hung up on me over and over even though i kept calling i told her i was pregnant and had a high risk pregnancy and cluld not eat the salami sub they gave me along with the sauce they forgot with my pizza. I told then it was not my fault the website glitched and they made the wrong order she then said tou got an email and it confirmed it so you knew which i responded how do you know i received it your assuming it became a shouting match to be heard and after she yelled what she needed she hung up on me again then i called back again she then said she called their web page guy and i was in the wrong there was no glitches.

I told her i had been a customer for 20 years and they were going to lose a customer over a sub 10dls sub they couldnt correct. She said she had already told me they could do nothing.

I was really upset i had a bad night cramping from pregnancy over this situation we are not in a good financial situation and had splurged to eat out to receive this treatment. And my family went without what we ordered the sub went in the trash and the pizza with no sauce in the fridge.

I will never use them again . All I wanted was a pizza I could eat and instead I got someone else pizza
